Society Hill

Society Hill was built in 1986 and has both townhouses and condominiums. It is located near Hoes Lane and is just minutes away from the Livingston and Busch campuses of Rutgers University. The community offers 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses for sale and rent, however, units do not have garages or basements. The community has an outdoor pool, clubhouses, and tennis courts. Maple Grove

The Maple Grove Community, located near Possumtown Road, offers condominiums and townhouses for sale and rent. Maple Grove is close to highway 287 and the Dunellen train station making it highly accessible for commuters. Maple Grove offers 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses for sale and rent. Some of the units have garages and basements. Maple Grove has options that suit any persons living needs and budget. The community includes an outdoor pool, playground, and tennis courts. Starpoint

Starpoint is located on the corner of Ethel and Stelton Road. Starpoint has 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses with attached garages, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, however units do not have basements. Homeowners and renters enjoy the convenient location which is close to shopping and near the Edison Train Station. Birch Glen

Birch Glen, located off of Possumtown Road, is one of Piscataway's newer townhouse communities.  The community was built in 2004 and units have between 2 and 3 bedrooms.  Some units have a garage, basement, or both.  Birch Glen has several amenities including an outdoor pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and playground. Hidden Woods 

Hidden Woods is located off of South Washington Ave near New Market Lake.   Built in 1993, the community offers 2 ,3, and 4 bedroom townhouses for sale and rent.  All townhouses have garages and some even have a basement, a loft, or a fourth bedroom.  The community is surrounded by woods but also conveniently located close  to public transportation, shopping, highways, ball parks, play grounds, tennis courts, basket ball courts, walking trail, and jobs.  Maintenance fees are approximately $230 a month and collected by the Hidden Woods Condominium Association.    For information about this wonderful neighborhood visit Hidden Woods Piscataway NJ community page.

Castle Pointe

Castle Pointe is located directly off of Morris Ave, near Hoes Lane.   The Castle Point neighborhood was built between 1990 and 1996, and has 2, 3, and 4 bedroom townhouses for sale and rent, some of which have a basement and garage.  Castle Pointe is conveniently located near corporations, the Edison Train Station, shopping, and major highways route 18 and interstate 287.  Amenities located in the neighborhood include a clubhouse, outdoor pool, and tennis courts.  The monthly maintenance fee is approximately $280. Fairway

Fairway is Piscataway's newest townhouse and condominium community.  The community is located off of Stelton Road less than a mile from the Edison Train Station.  Fairway is the ideal community for commuters and professionals that access to NYC, Princeton, Trenton, and Philadelphia.
